Book for a standing 2 week appointment(s) or book your own 3 week appointment(s), 4 weeks appointments are highly discouraged. It is at my discretion to allow a client back for regular services. Après services can be 4 weeks as these are a preformed gels that are meant to be worn temporarily.
Reschedule by your 24 hours GlossGenius alert, early as possible day of your appointment if feeling sick, preferably the evening before. Please check that your phone is receiving my alerts and that you are reading them. Never assume you know what information is on them. It is your responsibility to maintain any and all of your appointments.
Please be on time for your appointments. I reserve the right to turn you away if you are more than 10 mins late. Give yourself a few extra mins to come browse all the colors if you are undecided!
Understand nail art is an add-on price per design, give me 2 days notice for all art and make sure to communicate what your budget is for art. Please keep your expectations realistic as I am only a human with a tiny. so tiny canvas and brush on a moving target. :)
Understand that nail shape and nail length changes are an add-on as it takes more time during your service.
Know that home care is extremely important.
Respect my craft and trust my knowledge.
Pay for your missed appointments. You must pay for missed appointments in order to rebook with me if you fail to communicate with me before your appointment day/time.
If you no-show or cancel last minute with me during the holiday seasons just know I will probably never allow another appointment with me beyond extreme circumstances. It is literally the busiest time for me and all appointments are precious time away from family or lost revenue/paycheck for me.

I enjoy diving into the science of what I do and learning new ways to achieve looks is so fun!I absolutely love what I do and the right client is a vital part of that process. 75% of my clients have been with me more than 5 years! I have 10 clients who have been with me 25 years…..yes it’s true. If you feel like we’d be a good fit and you’d wish to become a client. My booking will be open on a 3 month basis. Please click on the link to be taken to my calendar for booking. There is also an option to be added to my waitlist.

Please understand, I wish to work on nails that are clean of any products at all from previous work as I do not have the extra time in my schedule to book time for soaking off products. However, please reach out to discuss removal of any current products before you book so I can help determine if it is necessary to do so!
